Privacy Policy
We collect your email, phone, and the brand data you enter so the Service works and syncs to your account. Your data is stored securely and isolated to your account; other users cannot see it. We use anonymized, aggregated inputs to improve Tarvis. We never sell your personal information. You can export or delete your data anytime.
1. Who we are
Class Company US, Inc. ("we," "us") provides the Tarvis AI app and related services. Contact: contact@classcompanyus.com.
2. What we collect
- You provide: email, phone number, brand name and type, tasks, revenue and spend entries, uploaded files, and messages you send to Tarvis.
- Automatic: device and app version, usage events, and IP address via our hosting and database logs.
- Analytics on our public pages: we use PostHog to measure page visits and to record anonymized sessions (heat maps and replays) on our public marketing pages so we can improve them. Typed input is masked. We do not run analytics or session recording inside your signed-in portal or the app.
3. Why we use it (legal basis)
To provide the Service (to perform our contract with you), to secure accounts, to improve our products and AI (legitimate interest, or consent where required), and to comply with law.
4. AI processing
Messages you send to Tarvis are processed by AI providers (Anthropic, and optionally OpenAI or Google) to generate responses. We configure limited or zero retention with providers where that option is offered.
5. Model improvement
We use anonymized and aggregated inputs to improve Tarvis. We do not train on data that still identifies you without your explicit consent. Where required by your region, model-improvement use is opt-in; otherwise you may opt out by contacting us.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored in a Postgres database (Supabase) protected by row-level security, so each account can only access its own rows. Secrets and API keys are held server-side only, and data is encrypted in transit.
7. Sharing
We share data only with the sub-processors that run the Service (hosting, AI, payments, and analytics on public pages). We do not sell your personal information. Partner and affiliate links carry only an anonymous referral code and no personal data.
8. Your rights
You may access, export, correct, or delete your data. Use the account tools in the app or portal, or email contact@classcompanyus.com. Depending on your region you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.
9. Phone number
We use your phone number to secure your account and send important service updates. We do not sell it. Any marketing texts would require a separate, optional opt-in, and you could reply STOP to end them.
10. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it after account closure, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law.
11. Children
The Service is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. International transfers
We operate from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, you consent to processing in the US under appropriate safeguards.
