Remove an intimate image, your likeness, or your private information

1. Who can ask

• The person shown or named.
• A parent or legal guardian, for a person under 18.
• Someone the person shown has asked to act for them: a friend, a lawyer, an advocate.

You do not need a Class Company account. There is no fee. You do not have to explain why.

2. What we remove

• Intimate images. Any photo or video that shows you nude, partly nude, or in a sexual act and was published without your consent. This includes images made or altered by software (sometimes called deepfakes) that look like you, whether or not a real photo was involved.
• Your likeness. A photo or video of you, or your name attached to a page or room, that you did not agree to.
• Private information. Your phone number, home address, email address, government ID numbers, financial or medical details, or anything that reveals where you live or lets someone find you.
• Anyone under 18. An image or details of a minor come down at the request of a parent, a guardian, or the minor.

"Published" means anywhere the Service shows it: a public event page, a shared room, a guest list, a profile, or a file someone uploaded.

3. How to ask

Email contact@classcompanyus.com with the subject "Removal request". Include:

1. Your name, and a way to reach you. An email address is enough.
2. Where it is. The link to the page, image, or room. If you cannot get a link, describe where it is (the event name, the host's first name, the date) so we can find it.
3. Which kind of request this is: intimate image, likeness, private information, or a person under 18.
4. A short statement that you believe in good faith the image or information is you (or the person you are acting for) and was published without consent. One sentence is enough.
5. Your signature. Typing your full name counts.
6. If you are asking for someone else, your relationship to them: parent, guardian, or representative.

Do not send us the image. A link or a description is all we need. If we cannot find what you mean, we will ask one question. We will not ask for identification documents or for proof of what happened.

4. Request template

Copy this into an email, fill in the brackets, and send it to contact@classcompanyus.com.

5. What we do within 48 hours

• We confirm we received your request.
• We take the content down. For an intimate image this happens within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, as federal law requires. For likeness and private-information requests we work to the same 48 hours.
• We remove identical copies. We look for the same image or information elsewhere on the Service and remove those copies too.
• We purge what we hold. The original file, any resized, cached, or thumbnail versions we made, and the links that pointed at them are deleted from our storage. Deleted files are never restored to the live Service from backups; backups age out on our storage provider's schedule.
• We tell you what we did.
• We record it against the account that published it. An account that publishes an intimate image without consent is closed on the first valid request. Likeness and private-information cases are recorded, and the account is closed if it happens again.

6. What we will not do

• Ask you to create an account, pay anything, or send us the image.
• Share your name or contact details with the person who posted it. They learn that content was removed, not who asked.
• Put an intimate image back because the person who posted it objects. There is no restore window for this kind of request; that process exists only for copyright notices.
• Use your request for anything other than handling it. We keep it as a record of what we removed and why.

7. If you are under 18, or in danger

• If you are in immediate danger, call 911 in the United States, or your local emergency number.
• If you are under 18, or the image was taken when you were under 18, Take It Down, run by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, can help remove the image from many platforms at once. It is free and never asks you to send the image.
• If you are an adult, StopNCII.org offers a similar tool.
• Our removal happens whether or not you use those services.

8. Using this page fairly

We act in good faith on every request, and we may remove content on a good-faith belief that it falls under this page even if a request later turns out to be mistaken. Please use this page only about yourself or someone you are acting for. Requests made to silence someone, or about content that plainly does not involve the requester, may be declined, and a sender who does this repeatedly may be blocked from making further requests.

9. The law behind this

The TAKE IT DOWN Act (Public Law 119-12), enforced by the Federal Trade Commission since May 19, 2026, requires platforms that host user content to publish a plain-language process for removing nonconsensual intimate images, and to remove them within 48 hours of a valid request along with known identical copies. This page is that process. Our commitments on likeness and private information go beyond what the Act requires. Our Terms of Service forbid using the Service to violate another person's rights, and this page is how we enforce that for images and private information.
